Tour’s Booking and Payment Policies

• These are Rack Rates with taxes included, 20% commissionable
• All prices are quoted in American Dollars USD.
• Children are considered from 4 to 12 years old only, 13 years old or more are considered as an adult.
• Children under 3 years old do not pay.
• All students must present ID.
• Rates valid from December 1st, 2009 thru November 30th 2010.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• There will be full refund for any cancellation received 48 hours prior to the tour date.
• Any cancellation received 24 hours prior to the tour date will have a 50% penalty.
• Any cancellation received less than 24 hours or a No Show will be charged in full (100%).
• All changes or cancellations must be sent by fax or email.

GUIDES AND DRIVERS:

• All guides and drivers (no matter the number of participants in the group) can take the tour without cost.
• If the group is 5 persons or more, the guide and driver will have a complementary lunch.
• If the group is less than 4 persons the guide and driver will pay $5 each one for the lunch.

TOUR LEADER:

• If the group is more than 25 persons and a Tour Leader is joining the group, he/she will pay 50% of the rack tour rate.
